If you’ve opened your Elephantshoe parcel, we are sure you are shouting OOH LA LA! If however, the product inside is damaged or broken, and not destined for loveliness, we will happily replace it.
Simply contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days with a photo of both the damaged goods and the box/packaging materials for our records should we need to follow up with the courier. Kindly include your order number in your email.
- If it is not replaceable (Limited edition or discontinued), a refund will be issued as a credit to your credit card.
- Refunds will be made within 48hours of the package being collected from your premises.
- We will be in touch to arrange collection of the damaged goods, as well as cover the courier fee.
- Unfortunately we do not accept returns of any other nature.

Your package will be usually be ready to ship within 3–5 working days, but please allow a couple of extra days in case of bad weather, illness, or an unexpectedly busy day. It is generally recommended that you allow up to 10 Days when ordering anything online.
We always try as hard as we can to get every order out as quickly as possible, however there are times when the orders fill up in our inbox and we just can't get to everyone in one day.

All computers screens and not made equally. This means that often colours will show up slightly differently depending on which monitor you own. Please note that the color of the product that you receive will be close, but may not be the exact colour you see on your screen.
